SINGAPORE (THE Organization Moments) – Singtel is advertising Amobee to Britain’s Tremor Intercontinental for an company valuation of US$239 million (S$331 million), higher than the US digital media and advertising and marketing subsidiary’s carrying price of US$160 million.

In a bourse filing on Tuesday (July 26), Singtel said the divestment is in line with the group’s move to sharpen its business enterprise concentrate and recycle belongings and funds into development spots with greater returns.
Amobee was reclassified as a subsidiary held for sale as at end-March 2022, with a whole asset worth of $449.8 million and a web asset value of $216.6 million.
