The acquisition will provide SouthTech’s existing customers with enhanced information technology services, Cloud services and NextGen managed cybersecurity from Thrive.

As a tradeoff, Thrive expands its reach into the growing Florida business world.

“The Florida market is red-hot, and we wanted to find the best [managed service provider] partner on the west coast to promote the Thrive cybersecurity, Cloud and digital transformation platform into the region,” Rob Stephenson, Thrive’s CEO, said. “SouthTech’s talented group of employees deliver that.”
